The "SU Hybrid" is an evaporation dehydration device that can process waste liquids troubled by COD, BOD, and other issues. Since no recovery water is produced, there is no need for secondary treatment, and it can be concentrated to a high density through residue discharge using a stirrer. It operates automatically with data analysis by a sequencer and optimal value control. Additionally, various setting statuses are visualized on a touch panel display. 【Mechanism】 ■ Waste liquid (raw water) is heated by steam sent into the jacket. ■ The steam from the boiling waste liquid is neutralized through a catalytic decomposition reaction and released into the atmosphere. ■ Concentrated residue is discharged while preventing adhesion to the evaporation tank walls by the rotation of the stirrer. ■ Data is analyzed by a sequencer, and it operates automatically with optimal value control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
